What you can do here
Read articles, filter the file index and choose one of four fixed claim examples. The application has no health questionnaire, account registration, payment form, document upload or field for medical details.
What the controls do
Search text, file-type selection, claim selection and reading-size choices are handled in the current page. The application does not transmit those choices to a server or store them in local storage or session storage. No profile is built from the examples. Following a link is a separate page request.
Hosting and request information
Vercel hosts the publication and Cloudflare provides DNS. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request timing and other ordinary delivery metadata. No advertising pixel or third-party analytics script has been installed in this application. That does not mean infrastructure providers keep no operational logs.
